The spa was fantastic, perfect for a relaxing New Year's getaway. The complementary room service was a nice touch, as was the friendly English-speaking staff. The location was also ideal, surrounded by nature and a short drive away from the nearest town. The swimming pool was great and the wellness area was very relaxing. a great getaway for those looking for a quiet and secluded stay.
The service left a lot to be desired. We had a few incidents during our stay, such as cold rooms that later turned out to have a faulty heating system and a restaurant that couldn't accommodate us due to a shortage of staff.

Great amenities at the hotel, including a relaxing spa and a clean swimming pool. the staff were attentive and eager to please. the hotel was located in a serene and peaceful environment, which provided privacy and relaxation.
The hotel lacked in the area of service. There were not enough staff to handle the guests and guests often had to wait for service.
